一、凹版印刷

1、 Intaglio printing

塑料薄膜的印刷以凹版印刷工藝為主，用凹版印刷的塑料薄膜具有印刷質(zhì)量高、墨層厚實、色彩鮮艷、圖案清晰明快、畫面層次豐富、反差適度、形象逼真、立體感強等優(yōu)點。凹版印刷要求各色圖案套準誤差不大于0.3mm，產(chǎn)品同色密度偏差和同批同色偏差等指標符合GB7707-87要求。凹版印刷的印版耐印力強，適于長版活件

二、柔性版印刷

2、 Flexographic printing

柔性版印刷主要利用柔性凸版和快干凸版油墨。其設備簡單，成本低，版材質(zhì)量輕，印刷時壓力小，版材及機械損耗小，印刷時噪聲小、速度快。柔性版換版時間短、工效高,柔性版柔軟、有彈性、傳墨性能好,印刷材料適應面廣，對于印刷小批量的產(chǎn)品成本比凹版印刷低。但柔性版印刷對油墨和版材的要求較高，因此印刷質(zhì)量比凹版工藝稍遜。

Flexographic printing mainly uses flexographic letterpress and fast drying letterpress inks. It features simple equipment, low cost, light plate quality, low pressure during printing, small plate and mechanical loss, low noise and fast printing speed. The flexographic plate has a short change time and high work efficiency. The flexographic plate is soft, elastic, and has good ink transmission performance. The printing materials are widely used. The cost of printing small batches of products is lower than that of intaglio printing. However, flexographic printing has higher requirements for inks and plates, so the printing quality is slightly inferior to that of intaglio printing.
